After studying law and European law at the Universities of Würzburg, Barcelona and Hamburg, Steffen Sauter initially worked as a research assistant at the Faculty of Law at the University of Würzburg. He completed his traineeship in his home town of Fulda.
He joined BKP & Partner at the end of 2008 and has been a partner since 2011.
Attorney-at-law Sauter is a specialist in intellectual property law. This specialization covers intellectual property law – i.e. trademark, design and copyright law – as well as competition law.
He is also a specialist lawyer for employment law.
His work includes court representation as well as contract drafting and advisory practice, usually for small and medium-sized companies. He attaches great importance to a clear legal analysis and advice that is geared towards the commercial interests of his clients.
