Prof. Dr. Behrang Raji has been working with BKP & Partner Rechtsanwälte as Of Counsel since February 2025. Since then, he has been an independent lawyer with his own office at Palmaille 96, 22767 Hamburg and supports BKP & Partner Rechtsanwälte as an external consultant. There is no corporate relationship between Prof. Dr. Raji as Of Counsel and BKP & Partner Rechtsanwälte. Client relationships are also established solely with BKP & Partner Rechtsanwälte in matters in which an Of Counsel is involved. Prof. Dr. Raji therefore assumes no liability for BKP & Partner Rechtsanwälte and vice versa, neither in the context of his Of Counsel activities nor otherwise beyond his own activities.

However, we are not willing and not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
