He completed his traineeship in his home town of Fulda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He joined BKP & Partner at the end of 2008 and has been a partner since 2011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attorney-at-law Sauter is a specialist in intellectual property law. This specialization covers intellectual property law \u2013 i.e. trademark, design and copyright law \u2013 as well as competition law.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He is also a specialist lawyer for employment law. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His work includes court representation as well as contract drafting and advisory practice, usually for small and medium-sized companies.
